The team at the reception, aline, antonio, yaiza, raisa, and daniel, were amazing. They were patient, kind, and always smiling. emilio, the bellboy, provided helpful and friendly service throughout my stay. His assistance was greatly appreciated. i found the check-in and check-out procedures to be smooth and efficient.
My room had limited snack options available. There was only a chocolate bar and some chips. i think a better selection of snacks would improve the overall experience.

the hotel is a new high-rise in the new port area, close to the airport, it was very convenient. easy underground parking adds to the convenience, making it very practical. a great view of the gondola and water completed the experience.

The room was spacious, a pleasant surprise. I found the short walk to the metro very convenient for getting around town. It simplified my daily travel. Everything worked well and met my expectations.
i noticed that the silicone around the shower base needs some attention. IT looked like it requires either cleaning or a touch-up, which detracted slightly from the otherwise perfect condition of the room.

the double room was a good size i found that acceptable.
the check-in process was not quick i have experienced faster service at many hotels the lack of pressure from the ceiling shower was also disappointing i prefer a stronger flow the lavatory space in the bathroom was also small it was hard to put my things there.

The room was spacious. It was also quiet. The short walk to the metro was convenient.. I could reach the city with ease. The train station provided access for a day trip.
The silicone around the shower base needed cleaning. The towels did not seem fresh. The rooftop needed some cleaning, a situation I found regrettable.

I was charmed by the breakfast. It was fabulous. the restaurant had well prepared dishes. i was happy to see tea making facilities in my room. the bed was wide and very comfortable.
the rooftop bar was never open . the pool seemed tiny. i felt the pictures of the hotel online were overstated.
